Beware of Job Scams Using the Prodege Name
We’ve been made aware of scammers impersonating Prodege to target job seekers. These scams use our company name, logos, and even the names of real Prodege employees, but they do not come from us.
How to spot a scam:
- The email comes from a domain that is not @prodege.com. A recent scam used “@prodege.us.” All real Prodege emails end in @prodege.com, and legitimate communication comes only from an @prodege.comaddress or through our official careers portal.
- You are offered a role without completing an interview process. We conduct interviews over Zoom and in person. We do not hire based on messaging or email alone.
- You are sent a check to deposit, asked to buy your own equipment or software before starting, or asked to send money.
- You are asked for sensitive personal information by email.
What’s true about our hiring process:
- All open Prodege roles are posted on our official careers page (https://prodege.wd108.myworkdayjobs.com/Prodege_Careers) and our LinkedIn jobs page (https://www.linkedin.com/company/prod-g-llc/jobs/). If a role isn’t listed in one of these two places, treat any offer for it as suspicious.
- We conduct interviews over Zoom or in person.
- We will never send you a check to deposit, ask you to purchase equipment up front, or request money during hiring.
- We will never ask for sensitive personal information over email.
If you receive a suspicious message, do not respond, do not deposit any check, and do not share personal or financial information. You can report job scams to the FBI’s Internet Crime Complaint Center at https://www.ic3.gov.
Thank you for your interest in a career at Prodege. Please apply only through our official careers page and deal directly with Prodege.
