Olly Shaw is a seasoned accounting executive with nearly two decades of experience across global public companies, private enterprises, and professional services. Currently serving as Chief Accounting Officer at Prodege, he oversees all aspects of accounting, financial reporting, and tax compliance for the organization. Prior to joining Prodege, Olly led SEC reporting at Global Eagle Entertainment (now Anuvu), where he managed external reporting requirements during periods of significant transformation. He previously spent almost 12 years at PwC, working for both the UK and US firms, where he advised multinational clients on complex accounting and audit matters.Olly is a licensed CPA and Chartered Accountant (CA) earning his BSc from the University of Birmingham in the UK.
