Stacey Olliff

Senior Vice President of Business & Legal Affairs

Brings extensive expertise as a senior legal counsel with experience in business development and strategic planning

Stacey Olliff serves as Prodege's Senior Vice President of Business & Legal Affairs, overseeing all legal and business development activities for the global marketing and market research sales organization. Mr. Olliff has worked with the company's Chairman & CEO Chuck Davis for over two decades and brings extensive expertise as a senior legal counsel with experience in business development and strategic planning, having served in similar roles at Fandango (2006 – 2014), and Shopzilla/BizRate (2000 – 2006). He handled the legal work for the successful sales of those businesses to Comcast Corporation and The E.W. Scripps Co., respectively. Previously, Mr. Olliff was a partner at the Beverly Hills-based corporate law firm of Ervin, Cohen & Jessup LLP for 20 years, and prior to that, an associate attorney at Morrison & Foerster.
