With the continued growth of Prodege’s UK division and its focus on market research client services, we wanted to feature another important member of the London office.

Up for The Challenge!

Having spent the majority of her career working in market research in a client services capacity, Olga Baigozina joined the Prodege UK team a little over a year ago as Senior Manager, Project Management & Client Services.

When given the opportunity to join Prodege, Olga knew she couldn’t pass it up, saying “The role was perfect for my versatile skill set,” adding “I knew this will be a very challenging role, and I was up for a challenge!”

Olga's emphasizes the importance of having good relationships with your clients in order to be successful in market research client services.

A Dynamic and Collaborative Team

Olga notes that Prodege’s UK Operations team was small when she first joined but prides herself on the strong leadership she has demonstrated in developing the department, sharing, “Now we’ve grown so much and the team has a good structure in place, everyone is working really well together and helping each other at all times. We have a friendly team culture within Ops and genuinely enjoy each other’s company.”

And although Olga has worked for other market research companies previously, she is emphatic that Prodege stands apart from its competitors by offering quality data, engaged global consumer reach, and unparalleled client services.

Olga's biggest advice when it comes to market research client services is being honest and transparent with your clients.

A “People’s Business”

When it comes to career tips, Olga points out “Market Research is a people’s business” and emphasizes that “having great relationships with the clients and colleagues can make your life much easier and yourself more successful.”

Olga goes on to offer the advice of “Always be honest and transparent with your clients. Offer proactive solutions, and clients will appreciate it. This approach helps to build strong and trusting relationships with your clients.” Olga partially credits her manager from her previous job for teaching her this, as she explains “She taught me so much about the research world and how to keep the clients happy,” adding, “She was the best example of client relationship management!”

But market research isn’t Olga’s only hobby. In trying to remain active outside of work, she sings in a band! And if you can’t make it to one of her gigs, you just may find her out and about exploring London.
