  1. Click and hold the variable that you wish to use as a filter
  2. Drag and drop the variable once it appears next to “Filter by ….”

  • Select the element from the variable that you wish to filter the data on

  • Your data will now be filtered specifically to that element

  • You can repeat the drag and drop with as many variables as required

Note: This assumes that the required filter has already been created. See “Create a filter” Section

  1. Click the next to “None”
  2. Select your desired filter

  • Your specified filter will now be applied to your dataset
