Parent of Swagbucks, MyPoints, ShopAtHome and MyGiftCardsPlus adds InboxDollars.com to expand its total membership base beyond 100 million members worldwide.

Prodege, LLC — parent company of multiple online consumer-rewards platforms — announced today that it has acquired leading rewards company CotterWeb Enterprises, Inc., which operates the successful rewards sites InboxDollars.com and SendEarnings.com in the United States, DailyRewards.com in Canada, and InboxPounds.co.uk in the United Kingdom. This acquisition will expand Prodege’s total consumer-rewards membership base beyond 100 million registered members worldwide.

Headquartered in Mendota Heights, Minnesota (a suburb of Minneapolis-St. Paul), CotterWeb will continue to operate its brands under the leadership of Founder and CEO Daren Cotter and his experienced executive team and staff. The acquisition means that online retailers, advertisers, and market research partners can now conveniently access both Prodege’s existing sites and the CotterWeb sites in order to achieve greater scale and performance. Members of the CotterWeb sites will experience no significant changes other than expanded opportunities to earn rewards in the coming months.

“Given the dramatic growth in our own shopping, offers and surveys businesses over the past few years, we recognized the unique opportunity to join forces with this well-respected company to further elevate our trajectory and create an enterprise business profile that is extremely well diversified,” said Chuck Davis, CEO and Chairman of Prodege, LLC. “We’re excited to bring InboxDollars and its successful sites into the Prodege family, and we look forward to working with Daren and his team to help them achieve even greater success in the future.”

With the acquisition, Prodege will benefit from InboxDollars’ popular cash-back rewards program, delivering additional value and sales opportunities to major online retailers and national advertisers. In addition, InboxDollars’ millions of consumers in the United States, Canada, and the United Kingdom will enhance the scale and breadth of Prodege’s leading market research panel in those countries.

“We’re thrilled to join the Prodege family,” said CotterWeb CEO Daren Cotter. “From starting InboxDollars in my college dorm room to assembling a first-class team and scaling to more than $25 million in annual revenue with no outside capital, and now to joining forces with Prodege’s impressive platform of rewards sites, it’s been an exciting journey. Together we’ll be a one-stop shop for the world’s savviest shoppers, online merchants, advertisers, and market research partners.”
