Jacqueline Means and Steve Harvey making “dry ice” ice cream.

After making a recent donation to the Chillum Youth Project, Swagbucks was pleased to also donate $5,000 to the Wilmington Urban STEM Initiative on Steve Harvey’s NBC show on Tuesday, May 21. Teenage founder Jacqueline Means has created an impactful charity that hosts Empowerment Events designed to teach young women the benefits of science, technology, engineering, math, and giving back to the community. These events offer young women the opportunity to conduct hands-on experiments and listen to empowering speeches by inspiring women.

Swagbucks and its parent company, Prodege, LLC take great pride in giving back to the community in many different ways, including our partnership with Pledgeling. To see the cool surprise when Jacqueline Means was presented with her donation from Swagbucks, check out the video from “Steve”.
