The Interview & Hiring Process at Prodege
We understand looking for a new role is exciting and nerve-wracking, especially during these unprecedented times. Here's what you can expect during the hiring process at Prodege while we are all working remotely.
Step 1

Upon submitting an application, the hiring team will review your application and resume and if there is a potential match, you will be contacted regarding next steps
Step 2

Dependent on the position, you will go through a multi-round interview process to make sure that not only are you the right fit for the role but that as an applicant you get to meet your future colleagues and get a feel for our culture.
Step 3

After receiving an offer to join the Prodege team, (Congrats!) our HR team will be in touch with you to confirm equipment needs, set up a start date, and answer any questions you have before being onboarded.
Step 4

On orientation day you will have a well planned Zoom schedule to set up your equipment with IT, learn the perks of Prodege with HR, and meet with your future teammates!
