The Interview & Hiring Process at Prodege
We understand looking for a new role is exciting and nerve-wracking, especially during these unprecedented times. Here’s what you can expect during the hiring process at Prodege while we are all working remotely.
Step 1

After submitting your application, the hiring team reviews it and your resume. If there is a potential match, you will be contacted regarding next steps.
Step 2

You will go through a multi-round interview process specific to your position. This helps to make sure that you are the right fit for the role, and gives you a chance to meet your future colleagues and get a feel for our culture.
Step 3

After receiving an offer to join the Prodege team (Congrats!), our HR team will be in touch to confirm equipment needs, set up a start date, and answer any questions you have before you onboard.
Step 4

On orientation day you will have a well planned Zoom schedule to set up your equipment with IT, learn the perks of Prodege with HR, and meet with your new teammates!
