Prodege truly invests in its employees' growth and development. In my five-year tenure, I've progressed from Manager to Director. Last year, I completed a Women in Leadership program, and now I'm enrolled in data science courses at my local university, all supported by Prodege's education stipend.

Being part of the larger Prodege brand allowed me to transition from leading a smaller customer experience team to heading the success team. It's been fascinating and rewarding to work with a diverse group of people from various cultures. Although it presents unique challenges, it makes the role more engaging.
