Chuck Davis brings more than 20 years of e-commerce experience to his position as CEO & Chairman of Prodege, LLC, parent of rewards community Swagbucks and InboxDollars cash-back shopping sites MyPoints.com and ShopAtHome.com which has awarded over $700 million to its members. As prior CEO & Chairman of Fandango and CEO of Shopzilla.com, Davis successfully guided both brands to major market sales to Comcast Corporation and E.W. Scripps Co., respectively. Previously, Mr. Davis launched The Walt Disney Company's e-commerce efforts and had earlier publishing stints at News Corporation's TV Guide and Time Inc.'s Sports Illustrated. Mr. Davis is a venture partner with TCV and additionally serves as a director at wireless company Boingo Wireless, Inc (NASDAQ: WIFI). Previously, Mr. Davis served as a trustee for Brown University's Corporation, was elected as the international chairman of The Young President's Organization (YPO), and served for many years as an entrepreneur-in-residence at Harvard Business School.

A veteran, passionate entrepreneur, Josef Gorowitz is the President and Founder of Prodege, LLC, parent of consumer brands Swagbucks, MyPoints, ShopAtHome and InboxDollars which has awarded over $700 million to its members in cash and free gift cards. Prodege's complementary suite of business solutions helps brands boost engagement with consumers by making it easy to gather insights, listen to their audience and gain further exposure to drive brand loyalty. Allowing partners to market to who matters. Recognized as Ernst & Young's 2014 Entrepreneur of the Year for Los Angeles, Mr. Gorowitz established Prodege, LLC in 2005.

As Prodege, LLC's Chief Financial Officer, Brad Kates oversees all financial functions of the company, including financial reporting and accounting, human resources, administration and overall day-to-day business operations. Previously, Mr. Kates was the CFO of Shopzilla/BizRate, where he led the sales processes to The E.W. Scripps Company and subsequently to Symphony Technology Group.

Stacey Olliff serves as Prodege, LLC's Senior Vice President of Business & Legal Affairs, overseeing all legal and business development activities. Mr. Olliff has worked with the company's Chairman & CEO Chuck Davis for over two decades and brings extensive expertise as a senior legal counsel with experience in business development and strategic planning, having served in similar roles at Fandango 2006 – 2014 and Shopzilla/BizRate 2000 – 2006. He handled the legal work for the successful sales of those businesses to Comcast Corporation and The E.W. Scripps Co., respectively. Previously, Mr. Olliff was a partner at the Beverly Hills-based corporate law firm of Ervin, Cohen & Jessup LLP for 20 years, and prior to that an associate attorney at Morrison & Foerster.

As Prodege, LLC's Chief Technology Officer, Shane O'Neill oversees all technology strategy and operations for the company, as well as compliance and customer service functions. A veteran technology strategist and leader with more than 15 years' experience, Mr. O'Neill previously served as CTO of Accretive Labs 2011 – 2013, Fandango 2006 – 2011, and Synapse Group (a Time Warner company) 1999 – 2006.

Lonna Rimestad serves as Senior Vice President of Finance & Accounting at Prodege, LLC, where she oversees all finance & accounting operations of the business. Prior to joining Prodege, LLC, Ms. Rimestad was SVP of Finance at Nasty Gal, a start-up apparel company located in Los Angeles, where she oversaw the finance, accounting, inventory planning, legal and HR teams. Previously, Ms. Rimestad served as SVP of Finance & Accounting at Shopzilla/BizRate, having joined the company as Controller in 2002.

As Prodege, LLC's Chief Content Officer, Joe DeTuno is responsible for leading the company's efforts on unlocking and scaling innovation for video and content advertising opportunities. Prior to joining Prodege, LLC, parent company of the web's leading rewards platform, Swagbucks.com, Mr. DeTuno was the Chief Product Officer at GoPoint, where he led mobile and desktop product and development strategy for clients including FunnelBrain and 20th Century Fox. Previous to that role, Joe served as SVP Product Management for Move, Inc. and VP Product Strategic Planning for Bank of America.

Mendy Orimland serves as Chief Revenue Officer at Prodege, LLC, overseeing all new business and partner development opportunities across the organization. In 2009, he pioneered ProdegeMR, an award-winning industry leader in market research and sampling which has grown to deliver over 47 million completed surveys globally in 2019. Mr. Orimland has also been instrumental in building the marketing solutions suite of offerings which now includes path to purchase and full omni-channel shopper capabilities. All of these exciting product and business developments have offered our partners access to millions of engaged people around the world.

David Weinrot serves as the Chief Operating Officer of Prodege, LLC, parent company of the web's leading rewards platform, Swagbucks.com which has awarded well over $300 million to its members. Prior to joining Prodege, Mr. Weinrot was the Chief Marketing Officer and Divisional President for Shopzilla/BizRate where, over the course of his 14 year tenure, he managed the operational and business management oversight for the company's marketing, product management, sales and operations functions.

Jessica Batty serves as Vice President of B2B Marketing at Prodege, LLC, where she oversees all marketing activities for our suite of business solutions, which allow advertisers and partners to reach, influence, and acquire consumers online and on-the-go. Prior to joining, Prodege, LLC, Ms. Batty was Director of Marketing at Taboola where she was responsible for executing marketing and branding strategies to increase awareness and recognition in North America, Latin America and Europe. Previous to that role, Jessica has held marketing positions at Salesforce and Thomson Reuters in NYC.

André Leb serves as Senior Vice President, International Markets at Prodege, LLC overseeing the launch and growth of our member base outside of the US and managing a global sales and marketing team spanning from North America to Europe. Under Mr. Leb’s strategic direction and acumen, the organization has scaled to house over 10 million members in more than 120+ countries worldwide while servicing clients like Amazon, Walmart and Kantar with our suite of marketing solutions. Previously, Mr Leb successfully built distribution channels for companies like PriceGrabber.com (acquired by Experian) and introduced new products using his strong operational expertise acquired over 20 years in online marketing, e-commerce and digital advertising.

Stefan DeCota is an online revenue veteran in e-commerce and advertising with experience leading national sales teams, sales operations, business operations, account management, and sales support/reporting/analytics, as well as, leading the charge with all business development efforts across customer acquisition, loyalty reward fulfillment, technology enhancements and increased revenue generation. Prior to joining MyPoints, Stefan spent 13 years with Macy*s in various buying, planning and, advertising roles. Stefan’s last accomplishment before moving on was helping to launch Macys.com and Bloomingdales.com. Stefan also spent a year in charge of revenue at Ebates.com, further cementing his knowledge of the loyalty space.
